The Mini 50 - Day 2
Friday

Friday's cruise was also about 175 miles of asphalt heaven. Then came our nighttime scavenger hunt. At nightfall, the teams were handed a map of Townsend with marked locations where they had to do something. At three locations they had to hunt for animals. That is, they had to find stuffed animals. One location was a burnt down house with only the chimney area left. Another location was a train museum with the animals hiding in and around the trains. Then as you see below, the third location was a cemetery! Two clowns with a megaphone hid in the dark and waited for some GREAT scare opportunities! Heather, pictured below, screamed, turned, and ran as fast as she could, that is until she ran into the crosses, which started the screaming process all over again. She's a super sport and the clowns are still alive to tell the tale...

The scavenger hunt ended at 11:00 pm, but the stories lasted past midnight!
